A lot of competition with ice cream these days, but can never go wrong with the staple Denville Dairy. They have the freshest ice cream around with a large selection of soft and hard ice cream as well as ice cream cakes, sundaes, etc. Take a number when you enter and expect to wait (it goes by quick), but well worth the wait. Go for the Vanilla peanut butter ice cream or any of the soft ice cream options!

The ice cream here is amazing and the employees are very kind. It’s a great place to go with your family, friends, or just by yourself any time of the year. Overall the best ice cream pace I’ve been to.

THE BEST ice cream in the area. If you like cookies and cream, their Oreo Cream is an absolute MUST HAVE. The ice cream itself is cookie flavored, with plenty of chunks of Oreo throughout and some are huge! I also recommend the vanilla crunch swirl (tastes like a really good ice cream cake), mint chocolate chip (a classic), graham slam, taste of autumn

I am sure I have posted a lengthy review for the Golden Cone App. Not sure where it went in cyber space. But they are always in the top 5 for Morris County for Ice Cream. The Ice Cream Sandwiches are amazing as well as the Ice Cream Cales with the fudge and cake bits.

I had been a loyal customer of Cliff's for decades. Don't get me wrong, it's good. However, I drive from Roxbury to Denville because the Denville Dairy is one of the best places on the planet. Their ice cream is super fresh and I've never had ice crystals in it like other places that can't control their freezer temperature. In addition to having an awesome product (e.g., soft serve, hand packed, ice cream sandwiches, and specialty cakes, they have a big team serving customers. Yes, the lines can be long, but the wait is not. The friendly staff are eager to serve. If you are a Cliff's fan, give the Denville Dairy a try... it's the best in NJ, hands down. Enjoy!!

It's been a while since I visited and I forgot how amazing their ice cream is. I had a scoop of coffee Oreo and a scoop of chocolate peanut butter pretzel and they were both excellent. They also had adequate staff for a Sunday evening so there was really no wait to speak of. I won't wait so long for my next visit.

So, I have been getting ice cream from this place for quite sometime, however yesterday I decided on getting a medium cup of Oreo Cream. I was eating it in my car and noticed there was a long hair in the ice cream that I was about to eat. I pulled the hair out and tossed it out my window. I examined the remaining in my cup, I took this as an isolated hair and ended up finishing my cup. I’m not sure what can be done to prevent future hair experiences, but perhaps hair nets. I know it wasn’t my hair because I don’t have any.

Anyone who gives Denville Dairy less than 5 stars needs a Covid test because they’ve clearly lost there sense of taste. Ice cream is amazing - we’ve ordered several cakes from them, service is always impeccable. Yes they are busy but yes the wait is 1000% worth it.

They’ve stayed the same since I was a kid. Though I can’t eat a medium in one sitting anymore a small or a kiddie will suffice. Their soft serve is so light and airy. It does not feel heavy or overly rich at all. Vanilla soft serve with cake crunch is my go to. They also have interesting hard ice cream combos too. Coffee Oreo is a great option. Service is usually pretty quick. There can be a wait during peak hours but the ice cream here is the best in the area. I will always make a stop by if I’m in the area.
